With 15+  years of experience helping brands and founders grow through connection, I’ve produced award-winning national campaigns for Microsoft, Nike, and American Express, and helped Quilt scale its community of growth-minded women from zero to over 100K people.

My sweet spot is blending structure, storytelling, and systems to help founders grow with integrity and ease. I design community-led growth frameworks that inspire engagement, boost retention, and make your people feel genuinely seen.

My mission? To help millions of people feel happier and healthier by being more inspired and connected.

When I’m not mapping community ecosystems or coaching founders, you’ll find me in daily disco ball dance parties with my two littles ones, breaking a sweat in any fitness class with a great playlist, voice-noting with friends like we’re co-hosting a podcast, cycling through personal-growth audiobooks, or hiking with my Maltipoo rescue pup.

At my core, I’m a people-first problem solver — creative, loyal, and a little Virgo perfectionist — who believes that community, joy, and curiosity are the ultimate catalysts for transformation.
