At 8 years old I started my first community, gathering kids in the neighborhood to ride bikes and gain efficiencies by scheduling pickup flows on my dry erase board. I learned that when we planned ahead & got early approval from our parents, more kids joined, and we had more time to ride and explore together. 🚴♀️
In college, I quickly began experimenting with experiential marketing & event design, partnering with local brands & creating fun, memorable experiences that added value to our sorority (GphiB🌙), and resulted in deals for my friends, sales for brands, and profit for our philanthropy fund.
15+ years of experience later, I've mastered the art of gathering, connecting & community building, both online & offline. I've led award-winning nationwide programming and brand experiences for Microsoft, Proctor & Gamble, Nike, American Express, Gallo, & Jim Beam as a National Experiential Marketing Director for Ogilvy & Mather.
Currently, as Head of Community @ Liminal I've grown and nurtured a community from 0 to over 100K+, navigating 3 product pivots and wearing many hats across marketing, product, data & operations.
Outside of work, you can find me throwing elaborate children's parties for my toddler, getting lost on hikes with my Maltipoo rescue pup, and experimenting in the kitchen with my husband. 🥳 🐶 🍝
